Which Are The Most Delicious Low-calories Foods

It is every woman’s dream to eat delicious food and not to gain any weight. Here is some good news, ladies – your dream just came true! There are some foods that do not have many calories and still are very delicious. If you did not include them in your diet, change it right away.

Strawberries
And actually blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and mulberries. Strawberries, however, are in the top of the list when it comes to delicious foods with low-calories and are probably the most famous fruit when it comes to delight. They are only 53 calories in a cup of strawberries. They have extra vitamin C which makes them healthy as well. You can add them to your cocktail or if you are having a special night with your partner, do not forget to include them to your menu.

Cucumber
Cucumbers have so much water in them that is even surprising how delicious they are. The thing that is not surprising is that they are low in calories. Can you imagine that the total number of calories per 100g is only 16? 16! (And chocolate has 546.) You can eat as many cucumbers as you want. They are also very healthy, good for the hair, skin and nails.

Carrots
You have seen that rabbits love carrots and that is no wonder why. Except from being very delicious, they are also healthy and low in calories. They protect your eyesight and help you get rid of retained water.

Watermelon
This summer fruit is naturally sweet which makes it absolutely delicious. The good news is that it is still low in calories (30cal/100g) and has a lot of water in it. So if you want to lose some weight during the summer, do not forget to include watermelon in your diet because it will help you boost your metabolism as well.

Oatmeal
You can eat this meal every day, especially for breakfast, and do not worry about calories. The fibers in oats help the balance in your sugar blood levels. If you eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast you will be full for at least 3 hours. You can add some fruits to your dish but forget about sugar or honey.
