As for the drinks, forget about everything except from the freshly-squeezed juices and water. Drink as much water as you can. It is important to keep your body well-hydrated, especially during the summer, and the more water you drink the quicker you will lose weight.

Summer exercising

Not only you should eat healthy, but you should also do some exercises if you want to achieve maximum effect for a shorter time. If you are not a fan of certain exercises, just do not do them, you must find what you like and have fun while doing it. This way, what is usable and healthy for you, will be also fun. You may skip going to the gym, and go dancing instead.
