Some girls like do wear their hair always down. But others prefer switching it up and presenting their selves with high ponytails and buns. Having your hair up can be good, because it brings out your features and makes your cheekbones pop.
I guess everyone that likes to put up their hair, probably has already tried every version of a ponytail. Then there come the buns – from ballerina kind to messy buns. Here is a new idea of the bun that will give you a different look, that you haven’t tried yet – the back bun bouffant hair. I know it sounds strange and that is also kind of how it looks, but is kind of a statement hair. Because when you do something so different and new to you hair it compliments your whole outlook.
Start off by combing your hair. Then put it in a ponytail that is at the mid of your head. Even out everything on the top of your head. Then bring your ponytail forward on the top of your head and put on an elastic close to the end of your hair.
After you have secured your hair well, bring up the ponytail again and and put the end underneath. Pin that to the head. This way the end parts of your hair will be hidden underneath the main part of your hair. If it is needed bring the ponytail up, so it covers fully those ends and the elastic. Now get ready for putting a lot of bobby pins in so that the main part of the hair stays in place.
Finish off with some hairspray.
This look is quite inspired by red carpets and people like Audrey Hepburn. A little bit retro, but yet modern enough to make you stand out from the crowd.
